    By using OrderlyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

  2. Eligibility

    Users and restaurants must be at least 18 years old. Restaurants must comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction.

  3. Platform Overview

    OrderlyAI offers:

    • A WhatsApp ordering system for customers to place orders with participating restaurants.
    • A secure interface for restaurants to manage orders, view order history, and communicate with customers.
    • Optional restaurant management tools (such as order dashboards, notifications, and menu management) for business operations.

  4. User Responsibilities

    Users placing orders agree to:

    • Provide accurate order details for timely fulfillment.
    • Share personal contact information only as needed for delivery or communication.
    • Use the platform for personal ordering purposes, not commercial solicitation.

  5. Restaurant Responsibilities

    Restaurants agree to:

    • Accurately represent menus, prices, and availability.
    • Comply with all local food safety and business regulations.
    • Use customer data responsibly and only within the platform’s permitted uses.
    • Refrain from spamming or attempting to extract customer data without consent.
    OrderlyAI reserves the right to verify restaurant accounts or suspend them for policy violations.

  6. Subscription & Management Features

    Some tools (such as advanced order dashboards, notifications, and reporting) are available only to subscribed restaurant accounts. Subscriptions may be subject to separate terms, billing policies, or upgrade conditions.

  7. Confidentiality and Data Storage

    OrderlyAI does not share user contact information with restaurants unless explicitly authorized. Order data uploaded by restaurants is stored securely and accessible only to the respective restaurant account, subject to our Privacy Policy.

  8. Intellectual Property

    All website content, branding, and tools provided by OrderlyAI remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Users and restaurants may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

  9. Disclaimers

    OrderlyAI is a technology platform only. We do not prepare food or provide delivery services. All actions taken by restaurants are independent and at the restaurant’s or user’s discretion.

  10. Limitation of Liability

    We strive to provide a secure and reliable platform. However, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including data loss, delayed communication, or third-party conduct.

  11. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the platform, or endangers other users. You may also request to delete your account and data at any time.

    These Terms may be updated occasionally. All changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
